Things you need to know for your concert visit …
Hygiene and safety regulations
Your safety is our top priority! We make sure that all necessary hygiene measures are taken. Please help us to ensure that your concert visit remains safe for everyone:

1. BUYING TICKETS
Please bear in mind that you are only allowed to book two tickets per person for each concert. All tickets are sold subject to change, since the state government may alter its restrictions on the number of concertgoers at any time. When you purchase your tickets, your contact details will be collected for recontacting purposes.
2. DURATION OF THE CONCERT
Owing to limitations on the number of concertgoers, many evenings will feature two concerts lasting approximately one hour each, with no intermission.
3. SERVICE
We regret to say that owing to hygienic restrictions we are currently unable to offer restaurant service, concert introductions, seating arrangements in the foyers or an evening box office. Cloakrooms will be open for your convenience in the usual manner.
4. INFORMATION ON THE PROGRAMME
Information on the programme and the performers of the concert will be available on the concert pages.

5. NEW ADMISSION TIME
Please note the new time of admission. Unlike previously, admission will now take place 30 minutes before the beginning of the concert.
6. SEATING ARRANGEMENTS
Your ticket assigns you to a numbered seat and informs you how to reach it. Please adhere to these due to the distance regulations. We will gladly help you find your seat at the concert.
7. SOCIAL DISTANCING
A minimum social distance of 1.5 metres (5 feet) must be kept at all times. Our seating plan ensures that this distance is maintained.

8. HEALTH HAS TOP PRIORITY!
You bear responsibility for your own state of health. Unfortunately, you will not be allowed to attend our concerts if you feel ill. Your health and the health of the entire audience takes precedence.
9. WASHING AND DISINFECTING HANDS
Please remember to wash your hands thoroughly with soap, or use the disinfectant dispenser in the foyer.
10. COUGHING AND SNEEZING
Please bear in mind the generally recommended etiquette for coughing: always cough or sneeze into the crook of your arm.

11. FACE MASKS
Please wear a face mask covering your mouth and nose when you enter and leave the venue. Depending on the incidence value, wearing a mask at the seat may also be mandatory. Please inform yourself about this at short notice and follow the signs in the foyers.
12. INTERIOR VENTILATION
Wherever our performances take place, we ensure that all ventilation requirements are met for the venue concerned.
13. KEEP INFORMED AT SHORT NOTICE
Before your concert you should proactively seek information on current official regulations. They can change at short notice.

14. PERSONAL ID
Your seats are firmly assigned, and your tickets are written out in your name. Please keep a personal ID on hand at admission.
15. TRANSFERRING TICKETS
In exceptional cases tickets may be transferred to another person, provided the new concertgoer enters all of his or her personal information in a printed form. Click here for the relevant form and for further information.
16. LATECOMERS
Latecomers can be seated in free seats located at the sides of the back rows, if available. Social distancing must be maintained; should this prove impossible because all the side seats are occupied, latecomers will unfortunately not be admitted to the concert, and their ticket prices will not be refunded.
17. VIOLATIONS OF HYGIENE RULES
Unfortunately, those who fail to observe the above-mentioned rules of hygiene cannot be admitted to the concert. Here, too, their ticket prices will not be refunded.
Despite the restrictions, we wish you a wonderful concert experience and look forward to seeing you!
